"We first met Brendan in January 2017. We had seen one of his home designs and had fallen in love with it. At the time we were living in Melbourne with plans to eventually relocate to Cairns however we soon brought our dream block of land and appointed Brendan Grant as our builder. We had only met with Brendan once when on holidays here in Cairns however we got such a great vibe that we didn't feel the need to look at any other builders. We loved an existing design of Brendan's (tick) and Brendan's reputation was impeccable (tick). Considering this was our 3rd build, we knew the most important factor was being able to have a good, open relationship with our builder, otherwise things can go pear shaped very quickly.

We can happily say that our build was a complete dream. It went like clockwork and Brendan and Tracey Grant were fantastic at communicating with us throughout the experience and keeping it very personal. You most certainly do not feel like a number when you build with the Grant’s and this is a huge advantage and a reason to steer clear of volume builders. As for the house itself... wow! It is exactly what we wanted and finished to the highest of standards. We took Brendan and Tracey's advice the whole way along when we were unsure about things and their advice always paid off. They were happy to go the extra mile for their clients and pride themselves on quality, quality, quality. We are very happy that we went with our gut and built a Brendan Grant home as we are now living in our dream home that we can't fault! Thank you, Brendan and Tracey."
